1.WorkingPrinciple

BPQ series mini pulverizer. When compressed gas get through the jet feeder, raw materials flowinto the milling chamber, several milling nozzles outside will eject ultrasonicairflows, which makes the powder suffer speedy impact by both airflow andmaterial themselves, then classification chamber will separate those coarseparticles back to milling room for further milling, finally, ultrafine powderwill be discharged on discharging disc.

2.MainFeatures

1. It’s suitable for dry ultrafineprocessing, which can reach the speed up to above 2.5M, with high speedimpacting, generally, it can obtain particles with 1-10 micron.

2. As there isa classification design inside the system, coarse particles are being milled continuously,so it can obtain even define-closed particles.

3. In theprocess of milling, as the compressed air expanded, the temperature drops,therefore, it is suitable for milling low melting-point, heat-sensitivematerials, and processes both mixing and separating in the process of milling.

4. This devicegot the advantages of milling quickly, simple structure design, operating andmaintenance conveniently, small occupying area, low noise and no vibration.
